What we\’re looking for Our client, a France-based creative agency specializing in performance design for e-commerce brands and agencies, is seeking a Marketing Creative Assistant to support their creative operations. This role is central to helping clients launch high-performing ad campaigns by curating fresh inspiration, organizing product data, and offering copywriting assistance. With a global client base of over 100 eCommerce brands, the agency is scaling rapidly and needs someone who’s excited to grow with it. Responsibilities Source and organize new ad creative inspiration across various platforms and tools. Input and structure product information using brand assets and marketing insights. Provide light copywriting support and campaign ideation in collaboration with creative tools and internal teams. Assist in generating marketing angles and ideas that support high-converting creative content. Maintain strong communication and empathy with design and client success teams. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong sense of discretion and respect for client confidentiality and intellectual property. Familiarity with marketing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms is a plus. Nice to Have Prior experience in a remote or asynchronous team setting. A background in performance marketing or e-commerce branding.
