Procare Community Services is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Enhanced Access Service across multiple GP practices in the Haslemere area. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in evenings and weekends, within a multidisciplinary team, and providing wound care, cervical screening, and treatment as required.
Hours are on a zero-hours contract with shifts 18:00-20:00 on weekdays and 09:00-13:00 Saturdays, across West Waverley GP practices.
