About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall accountability for the sales team's proficiency across all product areas, including auditing training, documentation, and assets to ensure they are high-quality and field-ready.
  • Take high-level PMM strategy and messaging and turn it into compelling, field-ready assets for the sales teams to use. Ensuring every customer-facing tool is persuasive, simple, and optimised for the current market.
  • Act as the link between Sales, PMM, and Product by ensuring real-world insights from Gong and the field are fed back into messaging and roadmap decisions, keeping the business grounded in what actually works.
  • Partner with Product, RevOps, and Marketing to govern the GTM roadmap, managing the cadence of updates to prevent change fatigue. Drive buy-in from managers and reps to ensure new products, processes, and habits are genuinely adopted.
  • Lead kick-off sessions and go-to-market plans for all product launches and commercial campaigns.
  • Identify sales and product knowledge gaps and drive focused sprints to address them before they impact revenue.

A little bit about you

  • Prior experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or senior commercial role is essential.
  • A track record of successfully selling in and managing complex GTM rollouts to commercial teams, with the ability to bring sceptical stakeholders on the journey and drive genuine behavioural change on the ground.
  • Confident operating at a senior level, with demonstrable experience managing relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • Power-user level experience with core enablement and revenue tools, particularly Seismic, Gong, and Salesforce, with the ability to leverage data and insights from these platforms to drive decisions.
  • A strong focus on developing soft skills and resilience within sales teams, with experience delivering training across a variety of formats — from one-to-ones and group workshops to self-serve learning content.
