You will be responsible for landlord operations, service charges, and safety, coordinating security, maintenance and third-party contractors while protecting expenditure and regulatory compliance.
The role requires a strong client focus, excellent communication with occupiers and internal teams, and leadership to drive service improvements in a fast-paced environment.
