This role will be responsible for the day to day running of High Holborn Estate, comprising 141,000 sq.ft of 4 office buildings, 6 residential units, 3 retail units & a communal roof terrace. You will be responsible for supporting the effective management of the property and services team alongside the wider team. High levels of client engagement and customer service are required, with good management of contractors and security staff, as well as 3rd party contractors, whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.
Skills, Knowledge and Values
- Representing MAPP and the High Holborn Estate, supporting the FOH function for occupiers and visitors.
- Work alongside our security partners to manage the reception desk, CCTV and access control.
- Engage with occupiers including implementation of Customer Experience frameworks for the building to improve occupier satisfaction and retention.
- Supporting in the preparation of service charge budgets, including explanatory guides and analyse and monitor year end and monthly service charge expenditure.
- Control and oversee contractors working on site and manage the Permit to Work System as per MAPP instructions.
- In partnership with the Sustainability Team, develop and implement sustainability action plans.
- Implement data collation services, technology and equipment to support each site.
- Authorise and Review supplier payments including preparation and submission of funding requests to client.
- Assist and complete various reports as well as presenting said reports adhering to any legislative requirements.
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting MAPP policies and procedures.

- IOSH Essential.

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
