Who Does This Role Report Into? Associate Director – Consultancy and Mobilisation

Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
This role is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of 1 Basinghall Avenue. High levels of Client Engagement and Customer services required, with good management of contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners as well as 3rd party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.

Skills (People & Technical)

• In partnership with the Building Consultancy Team, support the completion of planned works, commission Long Term Asset Replacement Plans, permit to work systems, monitor PPMs to ensure buildings are managed proactively and responsibly.
• Working with the Client Leads to understand and develop strategies for the building meeting service delivery expectations.
• Able to effectively coordinate and manage the full evacuation of the relevant building or site, including a floor by floor confirmation using only stairs and following the evacuation procedures.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance ensuring best value and efficiencies.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and site security plans are in place.
• Create any site-specific procedures and standard operating policies as required.
• Health, Safety and Environmental Management – ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Engage with occupiers to improve occupier satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Able to use own initiative and effective PC skills.

Experience and Salary

Level of Experience / Certifications:

• 4 years\’ experience in a similar role.
• IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable.

Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Salary Range: £75,000 – £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
