MAPP is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the day-to-day management of MEP/VT partners at 17 Columbus Courtyard, Canary Wharf, London. The role covers critical lab-enabled building services, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient operation while supporting occupancy growth.
Based at the site five days a week, you will work with the Site Director and cross-functional teams to optimise building performance, ESG initiatives, and sustainability commitments, under the MAPP V1 standards.
