An opportunity has become available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk (Proactis Team) to be based in London. The successful candidate will work alongside the Head Of Purchase Ledger, the Proactis System Manager and the wider PL team ensuring the efficient and accurate response to all types of purchase ledger queries.

Skills (People & Technical)

  • Working as part of the Proactis Team (Purchase to Pay System)
  • Ensuring supplier invoices are paid within 28 days of receipt
  • Managing and maintaining the P2P System (Proactis)
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Resolving supplier payment queries
  • Adherence to department processes and procedures
  • Daily approved invoice uploads into property management system
  • Produce and circulate weekly register/management reports to wider department
  • Purchase Ledger Systems Knowledge
  • Investigating and booking of unallocated supplier refunds
  • Liaising with property managers, facilities managers, surveyors and client accountants as appropriate

Experience and Certifications

  • 1 year of experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience working in a similar position with high volume of customer service and investigation
  • Experience of working with Yardi and Tramps

Working Hours

9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday

Salary Range (Based on Experience)

£26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
