This role is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of Foundation Park, including effective management of the park and its properties, as well as the Health and Safety of all common areas. High levels of client and tenant engagement and customer service are required, alongside good management of contractors, security staff and third-party contractors, with due regard to expenditure and current legislation.
Skills (People & Technical)
- Health, Safety and Environmental Management – ensuring all legal requirements and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are met, advising clients and occupiers as appropriate.
- Budget setting, management and reconciliation.
- Occupier management.
- Managing contractors to ensure PPM works and reactive maintenance is carried out in line with company policies.
- Co-ordinating with the FM team to ensure cost recovery and central budgets are effectively managed.
- Working with surveying colleagues and central support functions to execute client strategy.
- Developing rapport with occupiers and exploring engagement opportunities through placemaking and events.
- Attention to detail and high levels of occupier engagement and customer service.
- Using initiative and self-management.
- Effective PC skills, including Microsoft and Google packages.
- Pro-active, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role.

Experience & Salary
- IOSH essential or NEBOSH desirable.
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
Salary Range: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
