The Assistant Building Manager functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Building Manager and Senior Management team at Tide. The Assistant Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained with a focus on the management of hard & soft services & contractors, and occupier engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Values
  • Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, instructing audits, assessments and specialist advice.
  • Engage with occupiers including implementation of Customer Experience frameworks for the building to improve occupier satisfaction and retention.
  • In partnership with the Sustainability Team, develop and implement sustainability action plans.
  • Assist and complete various reports as well as presenting said reports adhering to any legislative requirements.
  • Excellent communication, time management & organisational skills.
  • Support the Building Manager with any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
  • Pro-active, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role.
Experience and Salary

Level of Experience / Certifications: IOSH Essential

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday

Salary Range (Based on Experience): £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
