ABOUT US: Sublime are a London based Experiential Marketing Agency, specialising in Press/Launch Events, Roadshows, Tours, Stunts and Exhibitions. Our work is mainly focussed on the entertainment sector – think films, TV, gaming, and consumer brands.
THE OPPORTUNITY: This is a rare chance to take real ownership in a fast‑moving and nimble experiential team. If you’re an experienced events professional who thrives on variety, moves fast, and takes pride in flawless events activation delivery, this one’s for you. You will be a team player with demonstrable experience across a broad range of events, equally comfortable with the hands‑on demands of live delivery and the precision of detailed logistical planning. The successful applicant will have experience facilitating experiential events and will be responsible for planning, production, delivery and evaluation of projects from creative inception through to activation. A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role within the events sector or an experiential agency is essential.
THE ROLE: No two days look the same. You’ll be at the heart of our project delivery, working across the full lifecycle of some genuinely exciting briefs:
- Assisting with the production and implementation of a range of event projects from initial client briefing through to completion. This will incorporate research for proposals, preparation, submission and presentation of pitch documents and detailed costing estimates.
- Compiling, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
- Logistical planning for events including location research, transport, travel and accommodation.
- Staffing recruitment, training, briefing and remuneration.
- Budget planning and management, purchasing goods and services for event facilitation including preparation of spreadsheets and profitability evaluation.
- Event implementation including attendance at site visits, event installations, during live events and dismantle sessions.
- Client, supplier, venue and staff liaison and management.
- Post event evaluation and reporting.
