We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day strategy and delivery across a range of exciting client accounts, across travel, personal finance and tech. The Role:
- You’ll lead the planning, execution and performance of social media campaigns across your client portfolio – ensuring everything we produce is strategic, engaging and effective.
- You’ll be a trusted client contact, manage and develop junior team members, and play a key role in driving both campaign performance and account growth.
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to lead from the front, bring ideas to the table and take accountability for results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading social media strategy and content planning across multiple accounts.
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality, on-brand content across platforms.
- Acting as the day-to-day client lead, building strong relationships and providing clear counsel.
- Driving forward planning, ensuring activity aligns with client objectives and key moments.
- Leading influencer campaigns and overseeing community management.
- Planning and optimising paid social campaigns across key platforms.
- Analysing performance, reporting on results and making data-led recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new ideas.
- Supporting new business pitches and agency marketing activity.
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable with strategy and data as they are with creativity.
- You’ll likely bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing (agency preferred).
- Proven experience managing client accounts, guiding clients and delivering campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid social.
- Experience leading influencer campaigns and cross-channel activity.
- Confidence in reporting, analytics and KPI delivery.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset.
- Most importantly, you’re someone who takes ownership, brings ideas forward and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
