About the Position
As Sr. Events & Activations Manager, you’ll bring HOLY’s energy to life across the UK through pop‑ups, collabs, and squad meet‑ups. Work closely with creative and community teams in Germany while shaping the brand’s UK presence. Hands‑on role with room to grow the brand and hype.
Responsibilities
- Own the Action: Plan, create, and deliver bold UK activations from concept to execution, building buzz and engagement.
- Make It Local: Adapt the global brand vision with a UK twist, identifying moments that embed HOLY in British culture.
- Find the Right Partners: Secure UK brands, venues, and creators across gaming, sport, music, and lifestyle scenes.
- Measure the Magic: Track activation performance with KPIs (awareness, engagement, commercial success, squad growth) and manage budgets.
- Work as One Team: Collaborate with creative, content, and paid media to keep activations on‑brand and high quality.
About You
- Proven Brand Experience: 3+ years in brand, activation, or experiential marketing at consumer or lifestyle brands.
- Plugged Into Culture: Deep understanding of UK culture and spotting moments where HOLY belongs.
- Creative and Hands‑On: Turning bold ideas into real experiences; juggle multiple projects and deliver high‑impact, six‑figure experiences.
- People Person: Building relationships with partners, creators, and the squad; comfortable working with agencies, teams, and crews.
- Smart on the Numbers: Using performance data and KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, brand awareness) to show real results.
- Self‑Starter: Owning your space, making things happen, and aligning with the wider team.
- True Brand Believer: Energy, creativity, and community; turning moments into unforgettable brand moments.
