We’re looking for an ambitious and charismatic Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the UK and European markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads across hospitality, leisure, and F&B sectors.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to identify and connect with target clients.
  • Research and approach key decision-makers to understand needs and open doors.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches.
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly, focusing on commercial outcomes and creative differentiation.
  • Prepare business development plans and strategies working closely with the Director of Marketing.
  • Effective use of CRM software.
  • Writing and developing client contracts working closely with the Operations Director.

Client Relationships & Retention:

  • Build long-term client partnerships through trust and proactive communication.
  • Present new ideas and services that add value to existing relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.

Market & Strategic Planning:

  • Track industry trends and contribute insights on emerging sectors and innovations.
  • Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Report regularly on pipeline progress, forecasts, and business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities across new sub-sectors and regions.
