We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to keep our studio running smoothly, enabling the team to deliver exceptional creative work. This role sits at the heart of our business and balances big-picture planning with day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and the team feels supported to do their best work. Working in collaboration with the leadership team, you’ll also help shape how the studio grows and operates, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning.

Our goal is to build the most distinctive personal brands in sport that capture the attention of fans, teams and brands around the world. Working hand-in-hand with each driver we create and manage their personal brand across social media, branding, marketing, merchandise, content creation, digital and more. Your responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Project Management: Own projects end-to-end: develop plans, set timelines, and oversee delivery from brief to completion. Keep everything on track, monitoring progress, spotting risks early, and finding smart solutions to keep projects on time and within budget. Act as the bridge between the design team, internal departments, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication at every stage. Run kick-offs, check-ins, and post-project reviews to keep teams aligned and improving. Share updates across the business, tracking priorities and ensuring visibility of key outcomes.
- Operations Management: Strategically allocate the design team as well as contract or freelance designers, illustrators, and editors for any relevant projects. Keep a close eye on capacity, spotting bottlenecks and resourcing gaps before they become problems. Partner with teams to refine and improve operational processes, making sure they scale as we grow. Oversee and improve end-to-end operational workflows, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Team & Culture: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, helping to build and grow a high-performing, motivated team. Be the go-to person for team queries, supporting a smooth and well-connected workplace. Champion a culture of responsibility, learning, and innovation. Organise team events, socials, and away days to foster collaboration and engagement. Work closely with the leadership team to guide priorities, strengthen collaboration, and support the studio’s day-to-day direction.
About you: You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in project, studio, or operations management, ideally within a creative studio. You are based in London and can commute to Hoxton at least four times a week. You are experienced with project management and organisation tools, such as Asana. You are a self-starter with a desire to contribute as part of the leadership team at a fast-growing company. You know how to take a project from idea to delivery, balancing deadlines, budgets, and people with ease. You have an operational mindset and enjoy building systems and processes that make teams more efficient without adding unnecessary complexity. You are a strong communicator who aligns internal teams and keeps everyone on the same page. You approach problems proactively and analytically, anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions. You thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude. You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Your Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience. 20 days of annual leave plus a minimum of 5 days leave over Christmas and New Year. 1 extra fully paid day off for your birthday.
