  • Strategic Planning: Translate long‑term goals into marketing campaigns that build brand equity and fan perception.
  • Brand Oversight: Act as the final internal sign‑off for all brand output, ensuring tone of voice and creative execution are consistent.
  • Fan Loyalty & CRM
    • Community Management: Lead the design and management of driver‑specific loyalty schemes and apps to drive long‑term fan engagement.
    • CRM Strategy: Own the Klaviyo ecosystem, using segmentation to deliver targeted content to a global fanbase.
    • Retention: Build lifecycle flows (welcome, post‑purchase, win‑back) that convert one‑time buyers into repeat supporters.
  • Campaigns & Integrated Marketing
    • Marketing Calendar: Own the master calendar, leading the execution of product launches and campaigns aligned with the F1 race schedule.
    • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Work with Creative and Social teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all digital and physical platforms.
    • PR: Identify and manage press opportunities that build brand credibility outside of racing.
  • Digital Experience & Ecommerce
    • Platform Management: Oversee the Shopify Plus ecosystem to ensure the site is functional, on‑brand, and optimized for sales.
    • Data Analysis: Review site performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
    • Operations: Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service partners to ensure the end‑to‑end customer journey meets brand standards.
  • Team & Culture
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the team, building a supportive environment and high standards to help everyone hit the brand goals.
    • Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team.

    About You:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing management, ideally within high‑growth fashion, streetwear, or talent‑led brands.
    • CRM Skills: Expert‑level knowledge of Klaviyo, including flow building and A/B testing.
    • Ecommerce Tools: Highly proficient in Shopify Plus with a strong understanding of CRO.
    • Execution: Ability to manage high‑volume site traffic and tight deadlines across key commercial moments throughout the year.
    • Location: Based in the UK and able to commute to our Hoxton studio at least four times a week.

Competitive salary based on experience. 20 days of annual leave plus a minimum of 5 days leave over Christmas and New Year. 1 extra fully paid day off for your birthday. “Work from Anywhere” Wednesdays—our mandatory weekly out‑of‑office day.
