We're looking for a commercially minded, detail-driven
CRM & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our CRM, ecommerce and marketing channels.
This role is central to how we connect with our audiences - managing email communications, loyalty activity, ecommerce performance and go-to-market campaign delivery across multiple channels.
You'll work closely with our Creative, Ecommerce and Brand teams in a fast-paced environment, with clear scope to grow into a more senior marketing or digital role as the business scales.

- Your Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- CRM, App & Loyalty Management
- Manage the execution of CRM activity using Klaviyo, including campaign sends and core lifecycle flows
- Schedule and send email communications aligned to launches, content moments and brand activity
- Support the ongoing delivery of the store app, ensuring content, messaging and updates are implemented correctly
- Support the launch and then day-to-day running of the loyalty programme, including rewards setup, tier updates and customer communications
- Monitor CRM, app and loyalty performance and surface insights or issues
- Ecommerce Site & Customer Experience
- Support ecommerce trading by monitoring product performance and helping optimise merchandising, CRM and on-site activity to maximise sales
- Coordinate with the ecommerce agency to deliver website content, merchandising and campaign updates that support product launches and the customer journey
- Assist with product launches and key brand moments, helping coordinate content, communications and customer-facing activity
- Help ensure a seamless, on-brand customer journey across email and ecommerce channels
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Manage the go-to-market calendar, coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and product launches across CRM, ecommerce, social, retail and brand channels
- Support the delivery of events, pop-ups, partnership activations and community marketing initiatives
- Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring campaign assets and communications are implemented accurately across all channels
- Reporting & Performance
- Track daily and weekly CRM, customer and ecommerce performance metrics
- Support reporting on campaign performance, engagement and retention
- Assist with post-launch and post-campaign analysis, identifying key learnings and opportunities
- Monitor customer behaviour and feedback to provide actionable insights to the wider team
About You
- 2–4 years' experience in CRM, marketing or a similar digital role
- Hands‑on experience with
- Klaviyo , including campaign execution and lifecycle flows
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus) and loyalty programmes
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social and ecommerce
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment with shifting priorities
- Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic about growing your skillset in a dynamic studio environment
- Based in the UK and able to commute to our Hoxton studio regularly
- A passion for sport, culture or brand - and it's always a bonus if you're a Formula 1 fan
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- 20 days of annual leave plus a minimum of 5 days leave over Christmas and New Year.

- Up to 2 days working from home per week.
- Days in lieu when required to work weekends.
