The role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will help shape the visual identity of athletes' brands in Formula 1 and beyond.

Concepting and designing across a broad range of projects from brand identity, campaign art direction, social assets and print-led graphics.

Our goal is to build the most distinctive personal brands in sport — capturing the attention of fans, teams and brands around the world.

Working hand-in-hand with each driver, we create and manage their personal brand across social media, branding, marketing, merchandise, content creation, digital and more.

  • Your responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Contribute to art direction and own the design execution of campaigns that bring our clients' brands and clothing collections to life across social and physical
  • Translate ideas into polished visuals across digital, print and experiential.
  • Create treatments, mood boards and visual references that give concepts shape and direction.
  • Work closely with the wider creative team to interpret briefs and develop ideas from concept through to delivery.
  • Help build visually compelling decks and presentations to support pitching new ideas.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Research current and emerging trends in design.
  • Juggle multiple ongoing projects, delivering on time and to a high standard.

About you

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar graphic design role.
  • Keen to work across a variety of design styles and disciplines.
  • An excellent eye for detail and colour.
  • Proactive and organised, with an appetite to learn - comfortable asking questions and taking feedback on board.
  • Strong competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design.
  • Able to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team workflow.
  • Simple knowledge of Figma is a bonus.
  • Comfortable working across both digital and print - from social content through to print production, including Pantone colour matching
