As our Creative Design Lead you’ll own the full creative lifecycle for athletes’ personal brands and projects inside and outside of Formula 1. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every output, whether a product, helmet design, visual identity or marketing campaign is creatively strong, on-brand, and commercially effective.

Our goal is to build some of the most distinctive personal brands in sport which capture the attention of fans, teams and partners around the world. Working hand-in-hand with each driver we create and manage all aspects of their personal brand across social media, branding, merchandise, content creation, digital and more.

Responsibilities:
- Own and uphold exceptional creative standards across all studio work, ensuring everything reflects the calibre of the athletes we represent.
- Lead concept development across a diverse range of projects including apparel, helmet designs, products, marketing, social, and print.
- Lead the creation of identities, visual style and graphic treatment for all athlete-related projects.
- Ensure all creative output is not only visually stunning but also commercially effective and aligned with the brand strategy.
- Lead the art direction for our campaigns and assist with photography & film shoots where required, defining the visual language and style to bring collections to life.
- Lead and mentor a small in-house creative team; identify and manage freelance support to scale our capabilities when required.
- Research and apply emerging trends in fashion, culture and graphic design to push the studio’s creative direction forward.
About you:
- 6+ years of experience in a creative/graphic design role, with proven experience leading teams and managing the creative process from start to finish.
- Confident working across a variety of design styles and disciplines.
- A natural mentor who can elevate the work of others while maintaining a hands-on approach to design.
- An excellent eye for detail and colour.
- Exceptional skill with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
- Not essential but always a bonus: Interested in motorsport and specifically Formula 1.
- Experience working with high-level athletes or sports organisations.
- Interested in fashion and streetwear style.
Competitive salary based on experience. 20 days of annual leave plus a minimum of 5 days leave over Christmas and New Year. 1 extra fully paid day off for your birthday. "Work from Anywhere" Wednesdays—our mandatory weekly out-of-office day. Days in lieu when required to work weekends (e.g., during race launches). Apple Macbook plus any relevant software and equipment. Budget for personal skills training and development.
