Compliance Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating in the Lloyd's market.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, will support the Compliance function in overseeing Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and regulatory compliance, helping to ensure good customer outcomes, a strong conduct culture and adherence to FCA, Lloyd’s and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager across Compliance, Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of Consumer Duty, ensuring evidence of good customer outcomes.
- Assist with Conduct Risk, regulatory obligations and Lloyd’s requirements, including the Annual Attestation Process and tracking actions.
- Contribute to the Compliance Plan, Board/Committee reporting and compliance MI, including analysis of complaints, customer outcomes and emerging risks.
- Provide practical compliance guidance to the business and support monitoring, thematic reviews, assurance, regulatory change and process improvements.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, Risk, Governance, and regulators.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and the UK regulatory environment.
- Experience in a compliance, conduct, governance or regulatory role within Lloyd’s market.
