We are partnering with a rapidly-growing Big 4 consultancy firm to recruit a Senior Associate for the Insurance practice. As a Senior Associate, you will support the delivery of finance transformation engagements, building your technical accounting capability while contributing to high‑quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports insurers and asset & wealth management firms through accounting change and finance transformation initiatives
  • Helps clients modernise finance processes and enhance the quality of financial reporting
  • Provides strong technical exposure across finance transformation and accounting advisory
  • Offers structured professional development alongside experienced practitioners
  • Contributes to the delivery of finance transformation engagements as a Senior Associate
