Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to support high-quality management information, performance analysis and business insight across MRSG and GSI4.
The role will transform complex financial and operational data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making and senior leadership reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive and board-level reporting, analysis and commentary.
- Produce MI dashboards and data visualisations.
- Perform variance and root-cause analysis to explain business performance.
- Partner with Finance, Actuarial and wider business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, efficiency and data quality.
- Provide data-driven insight and challenge to support business decisions.
- Key Requirements
- Newly Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
- Strong financial analysis, FP&A or management reporting experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; Power BI experience desirable.
- Specialty Insurance/Reinsurance or Lloyd's Market experience desirable.
