We’re hiring an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading UK Retail finance team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded FP&A professional with strong experience in forecasting, performance analysis and executive-level reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that drives decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering monthly performance analysis across key P&L areas
  • Leading forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting activities
  • Providing forward‑looking insight on risks, opportunities, and trends
  • Supporting leadership reporting, QBRs and strategic decision‑making
  • Driving process improvement, automation and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Partnering across Finance and the wider business to influence outcomes

Must Haves

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A experience within general insurance
