  • Reporting to: Head of Management Reporting & Analysis

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to support high-quality management information, performance analysis and business insight across MRSG and GSI4.

The role will transform complex financial and operational data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making and senior leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive and board-level reporting, analysis and commentary.
  • Produce MI dashboards and data visualisations.
  • Perform variance and root-cause analysis to explain business performance.
  • Partner with Finance, Actuarial and wider business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, efficiency and data quality.
  • Provide data-driven insight and challenge to support business decisions.
  • Key Requirements
  • Newly Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
  • Strong financial analysis, FP&A or management reporting experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; Power BI experience desirable.
  • Specialty Insurance/Reinsurance or Lloyd's Market experience desirable.
