Overview: Compliance Manager (Advisory) opportunity working with a rapidly growing insurance broker. You will provide prompt, accurate and effective compliance advice whilst promoting and developing the compliance culture across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pragmatic compliance and regulatory advice across the business, supporting policy, licensing and regulatory matters.
- Oversee key compliance frameworks, including Conflicts of Interest and SMCR, ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance.
- Support regulatory reporting, applications and engagement with relevant authorities.
