At Cowshed, we believe every piece of content should move people, whether that’s a national TV ad, a documentary-style case study, or a 15-second TikTok Reel. We’re looking for a Creative Content Producer who shares that belief. Someone who can pick up a phone or step onto a set and craft work that resonates emotionally, lands with audiences, and sparks conversation.
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-shoot producer or content creator; someone capable of conceiving a concept and seeing it through to production. At times, work will mean solo self-shooting – using mobile or lightweight camera setups. At others, it will involve leading or collaborating with a larger, multi-camera crew, depending on the scale of the project.
We’re looking for ambitious candidates who want to take on creative projects and push them further. We are looking for candidates obsessed by finding the story in every film, spotting hooks that resonate, and crafting films into unforgettable, moving work. Whether it’s a snappy 30-second Reel or a broadcast-quality ad, you’ll bring the same intensity and craft. We want a candidate who shares our belief that there’s no such thing as “just content.”
If you’re someone who sees problem-solving as part of the creative process, and who is restless to make better, braver work every time, you’ll fit right in.
Cowshed is a Real Living Wage employer, a Disability Confident Employer, and an Autism Aware Business. We strive to be culturally competent in all aspects of our work and work environment and are proud to be participating in Diverse Cymru’s cultural competency scheme.
We actively encourage candidates from under-represented and diverse backgrounds to apply.
If you need any assistance with your application, please contact us and we can make suitable adjustments. Our office is fully accessible.

1) Why you are applying for this role.
2) Your experience against the core skills, including relevant examples of your work.
Please apply by 5pm on Tuesday 21 st October – emailing a link to your reel and your CV to fiona@wearecowshed.co.uk.
