ROLE OVERVIEW

This 6 month fixed term contract will be delivering campaigns that work, for clients you love and causes you believe in. You’ll work with some outstanding organisations including the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Ideally you will have already worked in the industry and can demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience.

You will support your team to ensure our high-profile campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard – wanting to go above and beyond to make sure every campaign or piece of work is a success. From research and insights and campaign planning to writing content and selling in media stories to reporting on campaign outcomes, you’ll be the support across campaigns teams with exceptional administrative skills.

THE DAY TO DAY

Client and stakeholder liaison – ensuring projects are being delivered beyond their satisfaction – building strong, open and honest relationships.

Project management – Collating weekly progress updates, distributing meeting actions and coordinating timelines internally to ensure all teams are working to deadlines.

Research – researching topics and audiences to inform our campaigns.

Reporting – analysing data and producing written insight reports and evaluations.

Coming up with ideas – generating insight-led ideas for our campaigns and your clients.

Copywriting – producing clear, accurate copy for different channels like toolkits, posters, newsletters, social media, and press pitches.

Social media – creating social media content, using tools like Adobe Express and Canva to produce images, graphics, and reels, and keeping an eye on the performance of your posts.

Arranging and attending shoots – interviewing spokespeople and working with videographers and the production team to produce captivating campaign content.

Working with influencers – researching, contacting, and developing relationships with the right people to support our campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management against agreed timetables
  • Delivering analytic reports on social media.
  • Creating monthly evaluation reports
  • Taking minutes in meetings with clients and preparing clear action-led meeting notes.
  • Keeping team members up to date with activity progress.
  • Ensuring good file management is always upkept.
  • Processing expenses and invoices from suppliers.

CORE SKILLS

  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and interpret it for a range of audiences.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to talk empathetically with a wide range of people.
  • Experience of in the medium of Welsh, delivering bilingual campaigns is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to multi-task and switch between projects.
