About the role: We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our expert social design team, with a passion for creating engaging visual content. This role is ideal for someone developing their design skills, with an interest in motion design and a strong ability to create compelling content across social platforms.
The job:
- Create social-first content across static and motion, designed to engage audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
- Bring ideas to life by translating concepts into high-quality, scroll-stopping visuals.
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure all client assets are accurate, consistent, and on brief.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, and creatives to develop ideas and elevate them through design.
- Support the team with lo-fi and reactive content creation, staying on top of social trends and formats.
What we are looking for:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of motion design and familiarity with After Effects.
- Ability to photograph or shoot on a phone and take content and elevate it in Adobe would be desirable.
- An interest in creating social-first design, with an understanding of what performs well across platforms.
- Creative thinking skills, with the confidence to contribute ideas and bring them to life.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset when working with designers and wider teams.
- Ability to explain design choices at a basic level.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for improving your craft.
- Curiosity about design, social trends, and new tools, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Comfortable with navigating PowerPoint/Google Slides would be desirable.
