Who are Coolr?
We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers, and change makers.
Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo, and Samsung (to name a few), our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.
With 70% growth last year, the agency is growing rapidly, and we’re just getting started. In 2025, we have ambitious plans to become the standout social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond.
We have a strong platform for growth and have made significant progress—now we want to take things to the next level.
About the role:
We’re looking for a trend-savvy, idea-hungry Junior Social Creative who’s naturally tuned into social and culture — across TikTok, Reels, memes, and everything in between.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in our always-on content team. You’ll help spot cultural moments, spark quick-fire ideas, and create content that feels genuinely social-first — not just brand-first. You’ll also play a key role in community engagement, helping turn conversations into content ideas.
If you’re someone who’s always screenshotting posts, saving audio clips, and thinking “we should jump on this,” this one’s for you.
The job:
- Helping to concept and create lo-fi, reactive content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Keeping tabs on trending moments, formats, and conversations — and suggesting smart ways for our brands to show up.
- Supporting planned content creation for campaigns, launches, cultural moments, and brand activations.
- Writing short, punchy copy that fits the format — from TikTok captions to meme text and script-style content.
- Jumping into the comments — responding to tags, mentions, and DMs with speed, wit, and brand voice.
- Using social listening tools and traditional scrolling to spot audience insights and trend signals.
- Collaborating with designers, editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life quickly.
- Sharing creative ideas based on real-time engagement and community behavior.
- Scheduling and posting content with care, ensuring every post is timely and optimized.
- Supporting the team wherever needed — keeping energy high and ideas flowing.
What we are looking for:
- A culturally switched-on creative who lives and breathes social.
- Someone who doesn’t just scroll — you notice, save, question, and imagine.
- Strong instincts for what performs on each platform (and what doesn’t).
- Confident writing style with a feel for different tones and formats.
- Comfortable behind the scenes — filming, editing, or collaborating to produce content.
- Proactive and positive — you’ve got ideas, and you’re not afraid to speak up.
- Comfortable engaging with audiences and building a brand’s personality through community interaction.
- Bonus: experience running a social account (personal, side hustle, uni project, or professional).
A Coolr Offer

- A benchmarked salary reflective of your experience and in line with our salary bandings.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Two weeks of work from anywhere.
- Birthday Day off — an extra day to celebrate your big day.
- Wellbeing Day off — an extra day with a £50 voucher to support your wellbeing.
- Free breakfast, snacks, and drinks in the office.
- Private healthcare cover, Cycle to Work scheme, Tech scheme, and more.
- Weekly socials, Book Club, Social Club, and more to come.
