We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers.
Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Samsung (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.
With 100% growth in 2023/2024 the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2025 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.

The Job
We are looking for our first Creative Director to elevate an already incredible creative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creative Leadership & Vision:
- Set and drive the creative vision, ensuring bold, social-first ideas that push boundaries and deliver real impact.
- Lead the development of innovative, platform-native concepts—from always-on content to large-scale campaigns.
- Champion creative excellence, ensuring work is culturally relevant, strategically sound, and undeniably shareable.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of creatives—fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Oversee team resourcing, including hiring and onboarding new talent and freelancers.
- Create an environment where creatives thrive—balancing creative freedom with commercial effectiveness.
Client & Industry Impact:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted creative partner.
- Lead and deliver high-stakes pitches, securing new business and driving organic growth.
- Elevate the agency’s profile—championing our creative output and representing the agency at industry events.
