We are partnering with a high-growth tech startup operating in the future of work / coaching space, currently scaling rapidly across global markets. The business is building a platform designed to make high-quality coaching and professional development accessible at scale, combining a global network of expert coaches with technology, automation, and data-driven delivery.
As they continue to grow, they are now looking for an Operational Lead (Systems & Delivery) to play a central role in shaping how the business operates and scales.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional operations role focused purely on keeping things running. This is a role for someone who thinks about operations as a system to be designed, improved, and scaled. You will sit at the centre of the business, owning how programmes and delivery operations function end-to-end while redesigning workflows, improving infrastructure, and introducing automation and AI into operational processes where it creates real value.
The company is evolving quickly, and they are looking for someone who can help move the operational function from reactive service delivery toward a far more scalable, product-minded operating model. You will work closely with senior leadership and have genuine influence over how the business scales operationally over the next few years.
