  • Ensuring all events meet legal, regulatory and safety standards while maintaining the highest level of quality
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions
  • Managing venue sourcing and vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Leading and mentoring a team of event specialists, creating a culture of accountability, creativity and continuous improvement
  • Monitoring event performance, ROI and client satisfaction, using insights to shape future strategies
  • Championing innovation and sustainable practices in event design and delivery

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and will involve international travel for site visits and event delivery.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance vision with operational detail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams
