We are partnering with a high-growth, innovative business operating at the intersection of learning, digital capability, and enterprise transformation. Following a major strategic expansion, they are looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and grow key accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on selling large, multi-year capability programmes into enterprise organisations.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional account management role. You will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients while also creating and closing new business opportunities. The focus is on selling high-value (£50k-£500k+), multi-stage programmes that help organisations upskill their teams across digital, marketing, and ecommerce. You will be trusted to operate with autonomy, build senior relationships, and drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Owning and exceeding a personal revenue target across new business and account growth
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders (CMO, Digital, Commercial, L&D leaders)
  • Identifying, shaping, and closing complex, consultative sales opportunities
  • Designing and selling academy-style, multi-year programmes
  • Leading client meetings, pitches, and commercial negotiations
  • Driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across your account base
  • Generating your own pipeline through outbound activity and network leverage
  • Developing compelling, commercially strong proposals
  • Managing your pipeline with accuracy and discipline
  • Collaborating closely with delivery and customer success teams to ensure impact

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years experience in enterprise or consultative B2B sales
  • Proven track record of closing £50k+ deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling multi-stage, multi-year solutions (not transactional sales)
  • Strong ability to generate pipeline from scratch
  • Highly proactive and commercially driven mindset
  • Comfortable navigating complex organisations and buying groups
  • Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Exposure to marketing, digital, ecommerce or L&D is beneficial (or strong interest)

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Are driven by revenue and outcomes, not just activity
  • Take ownership and create opportunities rather than waiting for them
  • Combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution
  • Are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders
  • Enjoy closing high-value, complex deals

What's On Offer

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential
  • Clear opportunity to sell high-value enterprise solutions
  • Fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong backing
  • Access to premium training and development resources
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with service)
