We're partnering with one of the world's most creatively respected advertising agencies to find an exceptional Account Director. You'll be the senior client lead on a prestigious account, working alongside award-winning creative teams to deliver campaigns that genuinely move culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day client relationships at a senior level
- Oversee integrated campaign delivery from brief through to production
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy and production teams
- Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within the account
- Mentor and develop junior account team members
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of account management experience at agency level
- Experience on large, complex integrated accounts
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Passion for creative work and high standards of craft
- Proven track record of growing client relationships
