About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing a range of key client accounts across various sectors, including household names within retail/ecommerce. As a Client Director, you'll ensure successful digital delivery, overseeing end-to-end services from business strategy to tech, design, and growth optimisation. This is a role suited for someone eager to drive client success while working in a collaborative, exciting, and fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow existing key client accounts: Ensure commercial success and long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects.
- Support sales efforts by engaging with clients, writing proposals, and participating in pitches.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and career growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure exceptional delivery and results across your portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years’ experience working in Client Services roles, ideally in digital agencies.
- A deep understanding of end-to-end digital delivery, including CMS, eCommerce, UX/UI, and tech platforms.
