- Senior Paid Media Account Manager
- We're looking for an experienced
Senior Paid Media Account Manager to join a growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded paid media specialist who enjoys combining hands-on campaign management with strategic client leadership.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving client performance, building long-term relationships and contributing to the continued success of a fast-growing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creative testing and overall performance delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Analyse campaign data and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Create insightful reports, dashboards and presentations that clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution and measurement across channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform partners, gaining access to new features, beta opportunities and industry insights.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support wider business development initiatives.
About You
- 4+ years' experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, Tik Tok Ads or App Install campaigns would be highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Confident managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
