About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Creative Operations Manager to oversee workflow, resource planning and project delivery across creative and technical teams.
Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll work closely with Design, Development and Client Services teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped, effectively resourced and delivered on time. You'll play a critical role in balancing priorities, identifying potential challenges and driving operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workflow and resource allocation across teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, priorities and delivery schedules.
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure work is appropriately briefed, planned and resourced.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and resource conflicts before they impact delivery.
- Work collaboratively with teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Operations, Resource Management, Project Management or Creative Delivery.
