An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Venue Sales Manager to join an iconic and reputable hospitality venue in the heart of London. This role focuses on B2C sales across weddings, milestone celebrations, and high-end private events, working closely with senior stakeholders, their representatives, and premium event planners to deliver unforgettable experiences.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for clients looking to host private events in a show-stopping venue known for its standout service and unique spaces. From intimate celebrations to full-scale parties, you will guide clients through the sales journey, from lead to contract.
You will need a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, a natural flair for relationship-building, and a sharp commercial instinct to convert leads and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive sales outreach to promote the venue's private event space across weddings, birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other milestone celebrations.
- Build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders and their teams, providing a personalised and professional service.
- Manage the full sales pipeline - from enquiry and showround to contract and handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams (ops, marketing, and events) to ensure seamless planning and delivery.
- Track sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and support reporting and forecasting.
- Represent the brand at industry events, wedding showcases, and networking opportunities.
Previous Experience:
- Proven experience in B2C sales within events, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Confident selling to senior stakeholders and VIP clientele.
