I am looking for a confident, proactive Programmatic Manager to join a global media agency that specialises within Automotive, Financial and Tech markets.

You will oversee key client accounts, lead initiatives to enhance delivery performance, and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence across omnichannel programmatic platforms.

Partner with Account and Commercial Teams to enhance performance and streamline workflows. Manage relationships with key partners and platforms - from onboarding to training and growth. Represent the business confidently in client meetings and reviews, translating data into actionable strategy.

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience managing end-to-end programmatic campaigns (planning, activation & reporting).
  • Experience with Display, OLV, DOOH, CTV, Audio, and Native channels.
  • Experience leading people and/or complex multi-stakeholder projects.
