Overview:
We're representing a leading technical production company delivering high-spec, immersive experiences across a global touring calendar. From elite-level sporting environments to high-profile concerts and cultural events, this is a role for someone who thrives under pressure and delivers flawlessly. You'll be hands-on with AV, sound, and lighting while managing teams and executing complex builds around the world.

Role responsibilities:

• End-to-end technical production management for major live events across international venues

• Lead and support onsite AV teams, delivering flawless event builds to tight schedules

• Create detailed production plans, kit lists, schedules, and post-event debriefs

• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to manage budgets, crew and logistics

• Strong understanding of AV, lighting or sound, with the confidence to oversee all disciplines

5 key requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in technical production for live events

• Strong working knowledge of AV, rigging, lighting and staging systems

• Comfortable travelling internationally and working in fast-paced environments

• Proven ability to lead teams on-site and manage large-scale event builds

• Excellent communication and project management skills
