Senior Content Producer – Global Events Company
Location: London Hybrid
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 base + 10-20% performance-based bonus

With 22 annual conferences spanning 200 to 8,000 attendees and revenues from £400k to £8m , their reach is unparalleled. Following recent acquisitions and a major rebrand they are adding new leaders to their strong content team.
About the Role:
You'll manage a portfolio of events focused on the Middle East & Eurasia, delivering £3.5m in revenue. This is a new role designed to strengthen their regional expertise and enhance event delivery. We are looking for a skilled researcher who excels as a relationship builder, fostering connections across diverse markets and can bring content to life.
- Researching industry trends to create impactful event content.
- Managing events with 2,500+ attendees and fostering key sponsor relationships.
- Networking with leaders in Central Asia
- Opportunity for team leadership (non-P&L).
Must haves:
- Experience in finance, telecoms, investment, technology, or infrastructure events is preferred.
- Experience working within the Asian markets such as Singapore or Japan is an added bonus.
- Commercially savvy with excellent networking skills.
- Adapt at in-depth research that provides the foundation for compelling agendas, engaging speakers, and targeted themes, aligning events with audience needs.
- Willingness to travel internationally and build connections.
