We are working with a pioneering not-for-profit organisation who develop innovative financial and advisory models to address complex social issues such as homelessness, mental health, and education. Operating globally, they have helped mobilise millions of pounds for lasting social impact. By partnering with government bodies, charities, and investors, they lead transformative, data-driven initiatives that make public services more inclusive and effective - empowering individuals, supporting children and families, and helping people into meaningful work.
They are looking for a Research Lead to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in London. There will be some UK travel as well.
KEY DUTIES- You will be responsible for assessing and determining what research projects should be carried out, utilising a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Utilising and applying the research to improve the output and delivery of the programme.
- Analysing data trends, creating impact reports, and supporting evidence-based improvements to the placement delivery.
- Engaging stakeholders, sharing insights, and leading innovation projects to expand and strengthen implementation.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. You will have worked within the social research sector, ideally with experience working with vulnerable groups and young people. Agency and client-side research experience will be considered, a mix of both would be preferred. A proven track record in delivering high-quality research programmes and the ability to identify what research should be conducted to inform the decisions of the business. Deep commitment to evidence-based practice and applying research to improve frontline service delivery.
