They are now seeking an Research Growth Associate to join their team who is eager to join an award-winning agency

KEY DUTIES

• Build targeted participant and prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other research tools.
• Manage outreach, screen candidates, and hand over qualified leads to project or sales teams.
• Maintain databases, support engagement strategies, and track performance metrics to improve recruitment and community outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in lead generation or recruitment, with strong instincts and persistence.
• Confident using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and open to learning new digital and AI tools.
• Organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
