JOB TITLE: Research Director (Quantitative)

THE COMPANY
We are representing an agency who specialises in utilising quantitative techniques to produce insights for market leaders across the FMCG, Retail and Technology space. They are currently looking to bring on an enthusiastic and impactful Research Director. You will be integral to the delivery of quantitative projects.
KEY DUTIES
- Leading projects from start to finish, managing methodology, budgets, deadlines, analysis, debriefs, and client presentations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, pitches successfully, ensures account growth, and drives business profitability.
- Inspiring, mentors, and develops teams, fostering creativity, productivity, skill growth, constructive feedback, and positive work culture.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, influencing skills, and leadership experience.
- Experience in business development, pitching, gathering requirements, delivering client value, and managing complex projects successfully.
- Skilled in team management, mentoring, delegation, clear decision-making, strategic thinking, and handling challenging clients effectively.
