The role involves managing and optimising large‑scale PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft advertising platforms and supporting international market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage keyword targeting, bids, budgets and search query analysis.
- Support feed optimisation and PMax campaign performance.
- Run A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, audiences and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Produce regular reports and turn data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM, web and creative teams.
- Support promotional campaign launches and ensure campaigns are set up correctly.
- Keep up to date with PPC trends, platform updates and new opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Hands‑on experience across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
- Understanding of PPC performance metrics including ROAS, CPA and CTR.
- Aptitude for analysis and confident working with campaign data.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Enjoys testing, optimisation and performance improvement.
- Comfortable using Excel and analytics tools such as GA4.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Desire to continue developing within performance marketing.
- Experience within ecommerce or retail is highly beneficial but not essential.
