About the Role: My client is looking for a proactive and highly organised PA to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings
- Book domestic and international travel
- Coordinate meetings, events, and off-site functions
- Support new starter on-boarding (welcome packs, desk setup, IT coordination)
- Oversee office needs - supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination
Requirements:
- Experience in a PA or similar support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
