As part of the Activation team, the Campaign Manager you will drive Paid Social and Programmatic advertising strategies for a high-profile client. Reporting to the Director this role focuses on delivering seamless execution and impactful results across digital platforms.
The Role:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
- Develop cross-channel media plans ( Social, and Programmatic.) aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with media and creative agencies for cohesive planning and execution.
- Lead campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting within buying platforms.
- Deliver actionable analysis of campaign results and suggest new opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts, fostering team growth and efficiency.
The Candidate:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Social only or Paid Social and Programmatic activation experience.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
