Paid Social Executive | Direct-to-Consumer Focus | Luxury Retail Brand

Near London Bridge (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Looking for a role where you can truly own Paid Social campaigns from end-to-end?

We’re hiring for a luxury retail brand based near London Bridge that's continuing to invest heavily in digital growth and performance marketing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paid Social Executive who has experience running direct transaction / conversion-focused Paid Social campaigns and wants to take more ownership across strategy, execution and optimisation.

You’ll be joining a growing performance marketing team and working closely with senior leadership to drive acquisition and revenue across multiple markets.

The Role

You’ll support and manage Paid Social activity across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms – with a strong focus on customer acquisition and ecommerce performance.

This is a hands‑on role where you will manage campaigns from briefing through to reporting and optimisation.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building, launching and optimising Paid Social campaigns end-to-end
  • Managing direct‑response / transaction‑focused campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data‑led optimisation decisions
  • Managing audiences, creative testing and budget pacing
  • Supporting influencer and creator‑led Paid Social campaigns
  • Working closely with creative teams to brief and improve ad assets
  • Analysing campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Supporting reporting across ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion metrics
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve acquisition performance and scale campaigns

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has hands‑on experience managing Paid Social campaigns end‑to‑end
  • Has experience with direct transaction / ecommerce‑focused Paid Social campaigns
  • Understands performance metrics including ROAS, CPA and conversion rate
  • Is confident across Meta Ads Manager and ideally TikTok Ads
  • Has a proactive, test‑and‑learn mindset
  • Is analytical and comfortable working with campaign data
  • Can manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment

This role would suit someone currently working as a Paid Social Executive, Performance Marketing Executive or Paid Media Executive looking for more ownership and exposure.
