I am recruiting for a talented Paid Search specialist to join the Paid Search Team as a Paid Search Manager and contribute to the continued growth and success of this agency.
Multiple locations across the UK including Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing Paid Search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Being hands on with the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns. Including campaign setup, optimisations, strategy, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive best in class performance.
- Attend and represent the team at external and internal client meetings.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience with SA360 or international search engines a bonus.
- Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
