About the Role
If you're looking for another Amazon role where you'll spend your time updating listings and reacting to problems, this probably isn't for you. If you want to own Amazon strategy for high-growth FMCG and consumer brands, influence commercial decisions, and help brands scale across UK, European and global marketplaces, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist Amazon consultancy that partners with established and emerging consumer brands to accelerate their growth across Amazon. Their client portfolio ranges from exciting UK challenger brands through to established international businesses, with accounts spanning UK-only, pan-European and global Amazon marketplaces.
Rather than spending years managing a single in‑house Amazon account, you'll work with multiple brands, giving you exposure to a wide variety of products, commercial challenges and growth opportunities that will accelerate your development. This is a genuinely hands‑on role where you'll combine Amazon expertise with commercial thinking. You'll own client relationships, shape marketplace strategy and work alongside PPC, content, creative and operations specialists to ensure plans are delivered effectively.
Location: Putney, South West London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office). Salary: Up to £50,000 plus performance bonus.
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll become the trusted Amazon expert for a portfolio of brands, ensuring each account has a clear strategy and continues moving in the right direction.
- Owning Amazon Marketplace strategy across Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
- Managing a portfolio of brands ranging from UK-only sellers through to European and global marketplace programmes.
- Building commercial growth plans across catalogue optimisation, pricing, promotions, retail readiness and marketplace performance.
- Identifying commercial opportunities, risks and blockers before they impact performance.
- Turning account data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Leading client meetings and presenting performance updates and growth strategies with confidence.
- Working closely with advertising, content, creative and operations teams to deliver measurable results.
- Helping clients understand not just what is happening on Amazon, but why it matters and what they should do next.
About You
You already understand what separates successful Amazon brands from everyone else.
- Experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Vendor Central, Seller Central or both.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Confidence presenting recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience within an Amazon agency is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience across Amazon Advertising, catalogue optimisation, promotions or retail readiness would also be advantageous.
What's in It for You
- Salary up to £50,000 plus performance bonus.
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in Putney office).
- Exposure to UK, European and global Amazon accounts.
- Work with a portfolio of established consumer brands across multiple categories.
- Broad Amazon exposure across multiple categories and markets.
- Genuine progression within a specialist, growing consultancy.
- High level of ownership and client exposure from day one.
